Manufacturing
We buy the raw materials from famous mill factory here in China. We'll check the elements of the raw material like silicon, carbon, sulfur etc. in our lab test room. Silicon is less than 2%. If they are unqualified, we'll return them. In this way, we can control the quality from the first beginning.
We own 1600 tons imported bending machine and automatic welding machine. Penetration rate is over 95%.
After the fabrication process as cutting plate, bending, forming, automatic welding, drilling holes, we get poles checked before galvanized, hot dip galvanized and powder coating and finally we get poles checked according to client's requirements.
Inspection
To ensure the quality, we have Microcomputer Automatic Carbon-Sulfur Silicon Analyzer to check the raw material after purchasing the steel sheet.
Then we have Physical Performance Test, Mechanical Test, Galvanization Thickness Test, Load Test and Lad Test during and after the manufacturing process. All the effort is to meet our clients' requirements.
